Current Yoga Classes

Flow & Glow Classes ~ Designed to build flexibility, stability, strength, balance, focus and connect to self. These Vinyasa Flow Classes link breath with flowing movements. All levels are welcome, variations will be demonstrated. Beginner students will flow gently into modified postures and seasoned students can choose more advanced options. Class-goers will meet themselves on the mat, free of judgment and full of acceptance.

YOGA WITH AN INCREDIBLE VIEW AT MOUNT SUNAPEE :

Every Saturday ~ 10:30am – 11:30am (through October 6th)

Every Wednesday ~ 10:30am – 11:30am (through August 28th)

$20.00 per class, includes the chairlift ride (Lift opens at 10am & it’s approx. 10 minutes to the top). Payment is taken at the Adventure Park.

BYOM – Bring Your Own Mat (mats are also available for purchase)

LAKESIDE YOGA:

NO REGULAR DOCK CLASSES THE WEEK OF JULY 22nd THRU JULY 26th. HOWEVER, THERE WILL BE ONE CLASS OFFERED ON WEDNESDAY, JULY 24th, 7am – 7:45am.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 7am – 7:45am ~ at Newbury Harbor Dock (across from Bubba’s) ~ through August 2nd. 

Mondays and Friday ONLY, August 5th through August 31st.

Dock classes are community classes.  $5.00 per class.

Class will be back in the fall at THE HOGAN CENTER IN NEW LONDON AND AT FEELIN’ PHAT FITNESS IN NEWBURY.
